    Product Description

Tubulin polymerization-IN-43 is an inhibitor of tubulin polymerization.1 It inhibits tubulin polymerization in a cell-free assay and in K562 chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) cells at 0.5 µM. Tubulin polymerization-IN-43 induces apoptosis and G2/M cell cycle arrest in K562 CML and HEL 92.1.7 erythroleukemia cells at 0.5 µM. It inhibits the proliferation of HeLa cervical cancer and HEL 92.1.7, K562, and LNCaP prostate cancer cells (IC50s = 0.011, 0.099, 0.265, and 0.377 µM, respectively) and the migration of isolated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) in a scratch assay.
