    Product Description

    NQO2-IN-1 is an inhibitor of NRH:quinone oxidoreductase 2 (NQO2; IC50 = 95 nM).1 It sensitizes TRAIL-resistant A549 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells to TRAIL-induced apoptosis at 40 µM but is not cytotoxic to A549 cells at 10 µM or BEAS-2B lung epithelial cells at 100 µM. NQO2-IN-1 (40 µM) induces the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and increases the levels of death receptor 5 (DR5) in A549 cells.
