    Product Description

    Nurr1 agonist 8 is an agonist of nerve growth factor IB-like receptors, also known as nuclear receptor subfamily 4 (NR4A) receptors.1 It activates Nurr1 in reporter assays using HEK293T cells expressing Nurr1 and containing one of three response elements: NBRE, NurRE, or DR5 (EC50s = 43, 22, and 21 nM, respectively). Nurr1 agonist 8 also activates nerve growth factor IB (NR4A1/Nur77) and neuron-derived orphan receptor 1 (NR4A3/NOR-1) in reporter assays using HEK293T cells expressing the Nur77 or NOR-1 ligand-binding domain (EC50s = 0.04 and 0.15 µM, respectively).
