    Product Description

    LSD1-IN-27 is an inhibitor of lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1; IC50 = 0.013 µM).1 It decreases programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) levels and increases T cell-induced cytotoxicity in BGC-823 gastric cancer cells and reduces the migration and stemness of the same cells. LSD1-IN-27 (15-50 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an MFC murine gastric cancer model.
