    Product Description

    12R-Lipoxygenase inhibitor 2 is an inhibitor of 12R-lipoxygenase (12R-LO), also known as 12R-LOX (IC50 = 12.48 µM).1 It is selective for 12R-LO over 12S-LO and 15-LO-2 at 100 µM but does inhibit 15-LO-1 by 49% at 100 µM. 12R-Lipoxygenase inhibitor 2 (10 and 20 µM) decreases colony formation induced by imiquimod (Item No. 14956) in a HaCaT keratinocyte model of psoriasis.
