    Cayman’s Mouse IgM ELISA Kit is an immunometric (i.e. sandwich) assay that can be used for the quantification of mouse IgM in mouse plasma, serum, and urine, mouse hybridoma supernatant, and cell culture media. The standard curve spans the range of 0-500 ng/ml, with a lower limit of detection of 1.8 ng/ml.

    Needed but not supplied: Please download the kit booklet to verify if UltraPure Water (Milli-Q or equivalent) or any other components are needed for this assay.
