    Cayman’s Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) ELISA Kit - Monoclonal is a competitive assay that can be used for quantification of PGE2 in urine, plasma, tissue culture supernatants, and other sample matrices. The assay has a range from 7.8-1,000 pg/ml, a sensitivity (80% B/B0) of approximately 13 pg/ml, and a lower limit of detection (LLOD) of 11 pg/ml.

    Needed but not supplied: Please download the kit booklet to verify if UltraPure Water (Milli-Q or equivalent) or any other components are needed for this assay.
