    Cayman’s 12(S)-HETE ELISA Kit is a competitive assay that can be used for the quantification of 12(S)-HETE in plasma and serum. The assay has a range of 0.091-200 ng/ml, with a midpoint (50% B/B0) of 3.0-6.5 ng/ml, and a sensitivity (80% B/B0) of approximately 0.5 ng/ml.
