    Cayman's Annexin V APC Assay Kit employs an APC-conjugated annexin V as a probe for phosphatidylserine on the outer membrane of apoptotic cells. DAPI is used as a marker of cell membrane permeability seen in very late apoptotic or necrotic cells.
