    Product Description

Cayman’s ENPP1/ENPP3 Cell-Based Activity Assay Kit provides a robust and easy-to-use platform for determining the activities of ENPP1 and/or ENPP3 in live cells. The assay uses an ENPP1/ENPP3-specific fluorogenic substrate, TG-mAMP.1 ENPP1/ENPP3 cleaves this substrate generating free Tokyo Green™, which can be easily quantified using a fluorescence plate reader at excitation and emission wavelengths of 485 and 520 nm, respectively. Respective ENPP1 and ENPP3 activities can be distinguished from one another by the use of specific ENPP1 inhibitor, ENPP1 Inhibitor C or the ENPP1/ENPP3 Dual Inhibitor Mix provided in this kit.

Needed but not supplied: Please download the kit booklet to verify if UltraPure Water (Milli-Q or equivalent) or any other components are needed for this assay.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
