    Product Description

    Ozagrel is a 1-alkyl imidazole derivative that acts as a selective inhibitor of TXAS with an IC50 of 11 nM. The beneficial effects of TXAS inhibition by ozagrel include improved motor coordination after experimental stroke,1 and antihypertensive effects in spontaneously hypertensive rats.2
