    Hydroxy linoleins are generated by the reduction of linolein hydroperoxides (Item No. 89430) in 1,2,3-trilinoleoyl glycerol (Item No. 26951).1 Hydroxy fatty acid-containing triacylglycerols are more stable than those containing hydroperoxide fatty acids.2
