Multiplex ELISAs Offer Powerful Profiling Capabilities

Press Release from 2019-06-20

—Cayman now offers multiplex immunoassay technology powered by Quansys Biosciences. This line of fully quantitative Q-Plex™ multiplex ELISAs and chemiluminescent Q-View™ imagers provides a highly sensitive means to simultaneously measure multiple markers using a single sample. “Adding the Q-Plex™ arrays and Q-View™ imagers to our portfolio gives our customers access to an innovative multiplex technology,” said Jason Truskowski, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Cayman. “These products are an easy-to-use, sensitive multiplex platform where researchers can purchase ready-made panels or request to have custom plates built.”

Available mouse analyte panels include:

Q-Plex™ assay plates are built by adsorbing each distinct capture antibody in a defined array to the bottom of each well. High-quality reagents provided in each kit help ensure the accuracy of the results. These assays require analysis using the Q-View™ Imager LS. This optimized imaging system is available from Cayman and includes a powerful, user-friendly image analysis software package that enables the user to capture, view, and analyze microplate images.

“By simplifying the simultaneous testing of multiple analytes, our multiplex ELISA technology yields better results than a traditional ELISA while still relying on the highly sensitive ELISA methodology you know and trust,” said Adam Brown, CEO of Quansys Biosciences. “Plus, when you leverage our Q-View™ data analyzing software, this system becomes a powerful tool for quantitative analysis and a cost-effective means for generating a meaningful data profile for your samples.”
