    CAY10803 is a para-substituted positional isomer of BI-6015 (Item No. 46432). Based on internal testing at Cayman, CAY10803 acts as an inverse agonist of hepatocyte nuclear factor 4α (HNF4α) in a reporter assay (IC50 = 13 µM).
