    Product Description

Lisinopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor (IC50 = 1.2 nM).1 It reduces the formation of endothelin-1 (Item No. 24127) and increases nitric oxide (NO) in human vascular endothelial cells when used at a concentration of 0.1 nM.2 Lisinopril inhibits the pressor response to angiotensin I in anesthetized rats and dogs (ID50s = 2.3 and 6.5 µg/kg, respectively).1

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
