    Product Description

    GSK650394 is an inhibitor of serum- and glucocorticoid-regulated kinase (IC50s = 62 and 103 nM for SGK1 and SGK2, respectively).1 It demonstrates greater than 30-fold selectivity for SGK1 over Akt and other related kinases.1 GSK650394 can inhibit the androgen-stimulated growth of human prostate carcinoma LNCaP cells with an IC50 value of ~ 1 μM.1
