    Product Description

    NU 6140 is a cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (Cdk2) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.41 μM) that demonstrates 10- to 36-fold selectivity against Cdk2-cyclin A compared to Cdk1-cyclin B, Cdk4-cyclin D, Cdk5-p25, or Cdk7-cyclin H.1 NU 6140 has been found to induce cell-cycle arrest at the G2-M phase and to potentiate the apoptotic effect of paclitaxel (Item No. 10461) in HeLa cells by inhibiting the anti-apoptotic protein, survivin.1
