    Product Description

    SR10221 is an inverse agonist of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ).1 It binds to PPARγ (Kd = 570 nM) and enhances PPARγ binding to corepressor peptides in a cell-free assay. SR10221 (1-1,000 nM) inhibits the growth of UM-UC-9 bladder cancer cells.
