    Product Description

RAD140 is a nonsteroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM; Ki = 7 nM) and anabolic agent.1 It is selective for the androgen receptor over the progesterone, estrogen, and glucocorticoid receptors, as well as a panel of 165 receptors, ion channels, and enzymes at 1 µM.2 RAD140 increases muscle but not prostate weight in castrated immature rats at 0.03 and 0.1 mg/kg.1 Oral administration of RAD140 decreases tumor volume in a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) mouse model of androgen/estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer.2 RAD140 has been associated with liver injury.3
