    Product Description

    LRH-1 antagonist is an antagonist of liver receptor homolog-1 (LRH-1; IC50 = 5 µM).1 It is selective for LRH-1 over steroidogenic factor-1 (SF-1), also known as NR5A1, as well as estrogen receptor α (ERα), the androgen receptor, and thyroid hormone receptor β (TRβ) at 10 µM. LRH-1 antagonist inhibits the proliferation of LRH-1-positive AsPC-1 pancreatic cancer cells (IC50 = ~20 µM) but not LRH-1-negative L3.3 pancreatic cancer cells.
