    Product Description

    Amiselimod is a prodrug form of the sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1P1) antagonist amiselimod phosphate (amiselimod-P).1 In vivo, amiselimod (0.3 mg/kg per day) inhibits the development of chronic colitis induced by adoptive transfer of CD4+CD45RBhigh T cells in mice.2
