    Pregnenolone sulfate is a metabolite of the natural steroid hormone pregnenolone (Item No. 19864). Pregnenolone sulfate modulates NMDA receptor responses to exogenously applied glutamate and stimulates transient receptor potential melastatin 3 (TRPM3).1,2,3
