    Product Description

    GSK3β inhibitor XVIII is an inhibitor of glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β; IC50 = 64 nM).1 It induces β-catenin nuclear translocation in HEK293 cells and activates β-catenin-mediated transcriptional activity in a reporter assay using the same cells. GSK3β inhibitor XVIII induces proliferation of R7T1 mouse pancreatic β-cells (EC50 = 1.14 µM) and primary rat pancreatic β-cells at 2 µM.
