    H-7 is a non-selective inhibitor of protein kinases (PKs; IC50s = 20, 36, 7, and 420 μM for PKC, A, G, and M, respectively).1 It has been widely used to characterize the functional roles of PKC in a multitude of cellular processes.1,2
