    N-Deacetylcolchicine is an inhibitor of tubulin polymerization (IC50 = 3 µM for bovine brain tubulin) and a derivative of the microtubule polymerization inhibitor colchicine (Item No. 9000760).1 It stimulates tubulin GTPase activity.2
