    5’-hydroxy Meloxicam is a metabolite of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) meloxicam (Item No. 14906).1 It is formed via metabolism of meloxicam primarily by the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoform CYP2C9 and to a lesser extent by CYP3A4.
