XMD16-5 is an inhibitor of tyrosine kinase non-receptor 2 (TNK2; IC50 = 0.38 µM), which contains mutations in certain cancer cells.1 It also decreases viability of Ba/F3 cells expressing the oncogenic TNK2 D163E and R806Q mutant proteins (IC50s = 16 and 77 nM, respectively) without affecting viability of parental cell lines up to a concentration of approximately 1 µM.
WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
