    Product Description

    Neoantimycin is an antibiotic originally isolated from S. orinoci that has slight antifungal activity.1 It is structurally similar to antimycin (Item No. 19433) despite being produced by an unrelated species of Streptomyces. The biosynthetic pathway of neoantimycin has been determined and active analogs discovered.2,3
