    Product Description

    Rocuronium is a non-depolarizing muscle relaxant.1 It selectively induces neuromuscular blockade in cats (ED50s = 153, 185, 1,329, and 4,119 μg/kg for tibialis, soleus, and vagus muscles, and nictitating membranes, respectively) with a more rapid onset time than vecuronium (Item No. 15603). Formulations containing rocuronium have been used for surgical anesthesia.2
