    C6 NBD L-threo ceramide is a biologically active and cell-permeable analog of naturally occurring ceramides that is tagged with a fluorescent C6 nitrobenzoxadiazole (C6 NBD; Item No. 18871) group. It is rapidly transferred between liposomes, labels the Golgi apparatus, and is metabolized to C6 NBD sphingomyelin (Item No. 24328) in BHK cells and V79 fibroblasts.1 [Matreya, LLC.
