    Product Description

    C-176 is a covalent inhibitor of stimulator of interferon genes (STING).1 It selectively reduces STING-, but not RIG-I or TBK1-, mediated IFN-β reporter activity in HEK293 cells when used at concentrations ranging from 0.01 to 5 μM. C-176 reduces serum levels of type-I interferons (IFNs) and cardiac inflammation in the Trex-/- mouse model of multi-organ inflammation.
