    Product Description

    5-hydroxy Saxagliptin is a major active metabolite of saxagliptin (Item No. 23697).1 5-hydroxy Saxagliptin inhibits dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4; Ki = 2.6 nM for human recombinant enzyme). It is selective for DPP-4 over DPP-8 and DPP-9 (Kis = 2,495 and 423 nM, respectively, for human recombinant enzymes).
