    Product Description

    Omeprazole sulfone-d3 is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of omeprazole sulfone (Item No. 18882) by GC- or LC-MS. Omeprazole sulfone is a metabolite of the inhibitor of gastric H+/K+ ATPase omeprazole (Item No. 14880).1 It is formed from omeprazole by the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoform CYP3A4.
