1,2-Dibutyryl-3-palmitoyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains butyric acid (Item No. 13121) at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions and palmitic acid (Item No. 10006627) at the sn-3 position. It has been found in butterfat and the maternal Dufour's glands of Anthophora bees.1,2
