    Product Description

    SU 5205 is an inhibitor of VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR2/FLK1; IC50 = 9.6 µM).1 It inhibits human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) mitogenesis induced by VEGF or acidic FGF with IC50 values of 0.9 and 0.6 µM, respectively.
