    Iloperidone metabolite P88 is an active metabolite of the atypical antipsychotic iloperidone (Item No. 22957).1,2 It binds to the serotonin (5-HT) receptor subtypes 5-HT1B, 5-HT2A, and 5-HT2C (Kis = 5.1, 0.03, and 6.9 nM, respectively), α2b- and α2c-adrenergic (Kis = 6 and 1.3 nM, respectively), and dopamine D1, D2A, and D4 receptors (Kis = 9.5, 1.6, and 3.5 nM, respectively).1
