    4-hydroxy (S)-Duloxetine β-D-glucuronide is an inactive metabolite of the serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (S)-duloxetine (Item No. 14317).1 It is formed via metabolism of (S)-duloxetine by the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoforms CYP1A2 and CYP2D6 followed by glucuronidation.
