    Product Description

    1,2-Dimyristoyl-rac-glycerol is a diacylglycerol that contains myristic acid (Item No. 13351) at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions. It increases phosphorylation of the insulin receptor in IM-9 cells when used at a concentration of 100 μg/ml.1 In vivo, 1,2-dimyristoyl-rac-glycerol (0.5 mg/kg) reduces tumor weight in an LY5178Y mouse xenograft model.2
