    (Z-IETD)2-Rh 110 is a fluorogenic substrate for caspase-8.1 Upon enzymatic cleavage by caspase-8, rhodamine 110 (Item No. 19061) is released and its fluorescence can be used to quantify caspase-8 activity. Rhodamine 110 displays excitation/emission maxima of 496/520 nm, respectively.
