    (D)2-Rh 110 is a fluorogenic caspase substrate.1 Upon enzymatic cleavage by caspases, rhodamine 110 (Item No. 19061) is released in an apoptosis-dependent manner and its fluorescence can be used to quantify caspase activity. Rhodamine 110 displays excitation/emission maxima of 496/520 nm, respectively.
