    Product Description

    3-TYP is a sirtuin 3 (SIRT3) inhibitor (IC50 = 38 μM).1 It is selective for SIRT3 over SIRT1 and SIRT2 at 1 mM. 3-TYP (1 mM) increases acetylation of lysine residues in mitochondrial proteins in HeLa cells. It inhibits the growth of CCRF-CEM, COLO 205, OVCAR-4, OVCAR-8, and SKOV3 cells by greater than 50% when used at a concentration of 10 μM.
