    Product Description

    PF-06882961 is an agonist of the glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor (GLP-1R).1 It induces cAMP accumulation in CHO cells expressing the human receptor (EC50 = 0.71 nM). Oral administration of PF-06882961 enhances insulin secretion in a glucose tolerance test, and subcutaneous administration decreases food intake in cynomolgus monkeys.
