    Product Description

    ICEC0942 is a cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (Cdk7) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.04 µM).1 It is selective for Cdk7 over Cdk1, -2, -4, -5, -6, and -9 (IC50s = 1.8, 0.62, 49, 9.4, 34, and 1.2 µM, respectively). ICEC0942 induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and apoptosis in HCT116 cells when used at concentrations of 1 and 10 µM. In vivo, ICEC0942 (100 mg/kg) reduces tumor growth in MCF-7 and HCT116 mouse xenograft models.
