    Product Description

    CJC-1295-DAC is a synthetic peptide derivative of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that contains a maleimidopropionic acid (MPA) moiety, which functions as a drug affinity complex (DAC).1 The DAC binds serum albumin, increasing the stability of the bioactive peptide in rat plasma. CJC-1295-DAC increases plasma GH levels in rats and increases pituitary GH levels, serum insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) levels, body weight, and body length in GHRH knockout mice.1,2
