    Product Description

    AZD 4573 is an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 9 (Cdk9; IC50 = 14 nM).1 It is selective for Cdk9 over Cdk1, Cdk7, Cdk4/6, and Cdk2 (IC50s = 370, 1,100, 1,100, and >10,000 nM, respectively). AZD 4573 (100 nM) induces apoptosis in MV4-11 acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. In vivo, AZD 4573 (15 mg/kg every other day), in combination with the Bcl-2 inhibitor venetoclax (ABT-199; Item No. 16233), reduces tumor volumes in SU-DHL-4 B cell lymphoma and OCI-AML-3 AML mouse xenograft models.
