    SF11 is an antagonist of the neuropeptide Y (NPY) receptor Y2 (IC50 = 0.199 µM).1 It is selective for Y2 over Y1 receptors (IC50 = >33 µM), as well as a panel of 40 additional receptors, ion channels, and transporters at 10 µM. SF11 (10 and 30 mg/kg) decreases immobility time in the forced swim test in rats.2
