    Product Description

    Lipid 5 is an ionizable cationic lipid (pKa = 6.56) that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA in vitro and in vivo.1 Intravenous administration of LNPs containing lipid 5 and encapsulating mRNA encoding human erythropoietin (hEPO) increase serum hEPO levels in cynomolgus monkeys.
