    SB-273005 is a nonpeptide antagonist of αVβ3 and αVβ5 integrins (Kis =1.2 and 0.3 nM, respectively).1 In vivo, SB-273005 (30 and 60 mg/kg) reduces paw edema and increases bone density in a rat model of adjuvant-induced arthritis. It also reduces the number of T helper 2 (Th2) cells and production of IL-10 in pregnant mice when administered at a dose of 3 mg/kg.2
