    Bupranolol is an antagonist of β-adrenergic receptors (β-ARs; Kis = 6-15 nM for β1- and β2-ARs).1 In vivo, bupranolol (10 µmol/kg) reduces heart rate and diastolic blood pressure in pithed rats.2
