    Product Description

    I-OMe AG-538 is an inhibitor of the insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF-1R; IC50 = 3.4 µM) and phosphatidylinositol 5-phosphate 4-kinase a (PI5P4Ka; IC50 = 1 µM).1,2 It is selectively cytotoxic to nutrient-deprived PANC-1 pancreatic cancer cells over nutrient-sufficient PANC-1 cells.3
